Trainer/Instructional Designer

I bring more than 15 years of experience in needs assessment, instructional design and training working with leaders, managers and staff in corporate, nonprofit, governmental and academic settings. I am well-versed in adult learning principles, working from a philosophy and foundation of participatory learning. My instructional design and training/facilitation approach is based on learning styles and creative training techniques to reach well-defined outcomes.
